Our Story: A Family Tree That’s Flourished
Our journey began over 23 years ago, when founder Paul, an arborist originally from London, decided to branch out and launch a more personal kind of arborist business. With deep roots in outdoor work and a genuine love for trees, Paul started offering expert services to Kent’s local communities.
Working alongside him from day one, Amie has handled the day-to-day logistics, operations and finance
and now Their Niece Mollie is the office manager focused customer care, and scheduling, managing the
teams, ensuring every client feels supported from first call to final clean-up. Today, their daughter Ruby
(a rising star in UK arboriculture and a LOLER assessor sponsored by Marlow Ropes and Haix) proudly
joins the family legacy as a qualified tree surgeon.

Paul – Lead Arborist & Founder
Over 25 years’ experience. Specialist in tree felling, reductions, and complex removals. Loves working with trees and people alike.
Amie – Operations Manager
The voice behind the phone and the force behind the business. Former police background brings sharp organisation and care for customer protection.
Ruby – Tree Surgeon & LOLER Assessor
Championing women in arboriculture, Ruby has been featured in Pro Arb Magazine. Brings technical expertise and new-gen passion.
Mollie – Office Manager
Highly efficient and proactive, Mollie brings experience from local government to keep operations running smoothly. The calm, organised core of the office team.
